....and where were you staying?
Keith, Robert and Frank - were you staying at a TS when you took those pictures???
(I am afraid Keith LIVES where his photo was taken! )
Maybe Lawren knows the TS in the Cotswold area?
Emmy, I am going to check your link when I get home this evening.

Timeshare up I-5 above Seattle would be within Do-&-See range of Vancouver, Mt Baker, Seattle, Mt Rainier and even (by ferry from Whidbey Island) the Olympic Peninsula. I'd have to reseach to find TS.
We made use of the Navy Lodge at Marysville as I was to attend a reunion and the dedication of the pictured memorial.
It is so good to see you posting, Emmy. God bless you.

Timeshares north of Seattle near I-5 would be in the Blaine area (Worldmark Birch Bay or Jacob's Landing) or Glacier (Snowater).
Right now the ferry to the Olmpic Peninsula from Whidbey Island is passenger only, and will probably remain that way for a couple more years. (The entire fleet of autoferries capable of making that run have been permanently removed from servie due to excessive hull corrosion, and auto service can't be restored until new ones are built and commissioned.)

Great information.
I'm working on Chapter Four. Hope to finish it this snowy week end. I hint on many of the area Do & See. Some pictures have already been placed on Picasa.
While at the Squadron Reunion, I observed Skagit Valley Casino Resort.
It is no timeshare. It’s out a bit, at Bow, but pretty convenient for Do & See of the area. Click around this sight to see how impressive the place..

While on that site click Skaget Ridge Hotel at the top of the page for more pix and info.

I know Stouts Hill is not far from many of the very charming Cotswold villages. We visited quite a few.

The white building on the right is part of the hotel - there was NO actual timeshare building on the site - just the prep work.
They were suppose to open for Christmas 2006 but instead opened Presidents Week 2007.
We were staying a few miles down the road at Wyndham BlueBeard's BeachClub

Here is the January 2008 photo. The villas are the colorful buildings on the far right....beautifully appointed but for me, staying there would mean hanging out at that GORGEOUS hotel with the magnificent views.
Prices - non-lock-off
2BR Platinum 35K MFs in the mid $900 with seperate tax bill $250 (estimate)
2BR Gold 26K tax $200
2BR Silver 20K tax $150

Looking to Mt Baker from Deception Pass Bridge.
While touring north of Seattle, we rested at Navy Lodge, Marysville.
