Plantation Beach club, Palm Beach

We booked this resort for 2009. We are wondering if there is anything to do in the area besides the beach Interested in nature, art, culture, history. We have never been to this part of Florida. Have read all the reviews on TUG and nobodfy mentions anything outside the resort.
Will we have enough to do for the week?

I believe you are referring to Plantation Beach CLub at Indian River Plantation. It is not in Palm Beach, but an hour north on Hutchinson Island in Stuart,Florida.. I love the area...nice beaches..restaurants..shopping. Very laid back...more for a relaxing vacation than a busy one.

wow, we would have been driving around Palm Beach looking for it. I must have read the wrong reviews.

Is this resort anywhere near Vistana's Beach Club at Jensen Beach? We're going to be there in mid-February, and if it is close by, we'll check it out.

Yes..its around 3 miles north of Vistana Beach Club.
