OMG! I Got Meadow Lake for July 2009!

I am so excited!

I received a call from RCI yesterday afternoon saying that my on-going request was matched... Meadow Lake, 2 BDRM, for July 11, 2009!

This will be the follow up week to our July 4th Yellowstone Village.

Thanks again to Lawren and all the others who helped me along the way to this fabulous exchange!!

I know how badly you wanted this and for how long you have been trying. This is great news!

Almost makes up for the current search system if on-goings are getting matched like that!

Thanks everyone - we are very excited about this upcoming trip. Two great national parks... plus more if we count in the Grand Tetons, which we'll spend a day seeing as well.

I suspect that the slow economy is partly responsible for this exchange. It's an expensive trip overall (not a drive to destination for most folks I'd presume)and the rental market is probably down also. I had several sites bookmarked for possible rentals if the exchange didn't come thru... quite a few to choose from, including a few right at Meadow Lake.

I am also relieved to have the exchange over with as now I can confidently book airfares, car rentals, day trip excursions, etc. Did I mention this being an expensive trip??

While I totally reserve the right to call RCI all sorts of names in the future, for right now, they ROCK with me!

I am sure it will be wonderful! It better be too

The economy is hitting us too now and looking at making the outlays (plane tix very soon at over $1500) is makng me a bit sick in the stomache. I guess we'll have these teriffic memories to substain us while in the Poor House

Congratulations! It was a very expensive trip for the 4 of us, but it's one we all thoroughly enjoyed. We all hope to be able to go back to Montana, especially the Glacier area in the not-to-distant-future. We've been to many National Parks and many places in the US, and this was one of our favorite vacations. You'll be glad you bit the bullet and made the trip!
