Looks like Mickey's direct sales are starting to pick up---lots of ROFRs exercised.

Wow---even stripped, that's not a bad deal. (Is that possibly a mistake in the data?)

I questioned it as well. The agent stated there was a bankruptcy trustee involved in the sale- so perhaps that was the reason for the strange number. I've seen direct family transfers go at ridiculously low prices, but not third-party sales.

Disney may also know something about the title that the agent doesn't....... It's the same people at Disney notifying of the decision, so it's not a case of a new employee making a mistake.

Or- if you believe in the drunk money and the dart board theory- he may simply have sneezed or something when he made the toss!
