SUN
Deeded property
May be used at Home Resort Only if not associated with a membership
Home Resort Advantage is 12 months out for Home Resort Only
Must wait until 10 months out to make reservations for any property except Home Resort
Has usage of member benefits program
Receives elite benefits if membership reaches appropriate points levels
Receives a free II membership
All Hawaii deeded property is grandfathered in at High Season Points reservations rates for their home resort
Poipu deeded owners with a unit type of 2S may book Ocean Front weeks at 10,000 Points based on availability

CSV
Trust property purchased from a Diamond Resorts International® sales site (non-Hawaii) or obtained in a family transfer
Cannot be used outside of a membership.
Home Resort Advantage is 13 months out for all properties in The US Collection (see attached list)
Must wait until 10 months out to make reservations for any property except those in the The US Collection
Has usage of member benefits program
Receives elite benefits if membership reaches appropriate Points level
Receives a free II membership

SV1
The US Collection property purchased from a sales company or individual outside of Diamond Resorts International® (resale)
Cannot be used outside of a (regional) Club Membership
Usage is limited to the properties in The US Collection
Home Resort Advantage is 13 months out for all properties in The US Collection (see attached list)
Does not have usage of member benefits
Does not receive elite benefits even if their points reach elite award levels
Does not receive an II membership.

CSH
Trust property purchased from Diamond Resorts International® sales site in Hawaii or obtained in a family transfer
Cannot be used outside of Club Membership but can be reduced to an SVH membership at request of the owner
Home Resort Advantage 13 months out for both properties in the The Hawaii Collection (see attached list)
Must wait until 10 months out to make reservations for any property except those in The Hawaii Collection
Has usage of member benefits program
Received elite benefits if Club membership reaches appropriate points levels
Receives a free II membership
Must pay Peak/Holiday points at home resort when applicable

SVH
The Hawaii Collection property purchased from a sales company or individual outside of Diamond Resorts International® (resale)
Cannot be used outside of a (regional) Club Membership
