Want to buy 2 consecutive Summer or Fall weeks (Wk 25-35) at Pend Oreille Shores Resort (RCI 5123). Will consider 1 or 2 BR water front or water view. Maintenance fees must be current. Buyer will not reimburse any prepaid MFs and the units must not be rented out for current use year.

Price up to $500 per unit/week.
