We purchased this timeshare but since it's in the Weeks, not Points program, we are going to sell it. This is/was our first timeshare and I bought it without really knowing what I was doing. As of the posting of this advertisement, we haven't even received the deed (the closing company has it as of today and is mailing it to Yachtsman) so that we can select the weeks we want.
This is 2 weeks...can be sold together or separately. Buyer to pay closing costs & transfer fees. The price is negotiable..all I ask is that, since the maintenance fees are paid for the year, that the buyer reimburse us for the maintenance fees.
