All transactions involve three costs.
The purchase price, closing costs and annual dues.
Once a sales price has been accepted by the seller and all parties
have signed the sales agreement, it has to be submitted to Disney.
They have the right to purchase at the offered price.
Closing costs include a title search, estopple information from DVC
that shows any outstanding liens, and deed recording. Any outstanding
monies owed by the seller will be paid from his/her proceeds.
Disney has the first right of refusal on all contracts. (ROFR)
Closing costs are approx. *$350
Closing is done by a professional
(Florida or SC) closing company
The approximate annual dues per point for 2009 at each resort are:
Saratoga Springs $4.34
Old Key West $4.73
Animal Kingdom $4.86
Beach Club $5.00
Wilderness Lodge $5.04
Boardwalk $5.21
Hilton Head $5.36
Vero Beach $6.41
All include real estate taxes.
Situated on a 15-acre island adjacent to Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina.
