Disney Vacation Club - Twenty Five - Point Contracts
Animal Kingdom - Hilton Head Island - August Use Year
Subject to - ROFR - MF due Jan 2010 - 25 Points Aug.
All transactions involve three costs.
The purchase price, closing costs and annual dues.
Once a sales price has been accepted by the seller and all parties
have signed the sales agreement, it has to be submitted to Disney.
They have the right to purchase at the offered price.
Closing costs include a title search, estopple information from DVC
that shows any outstanding liens, and deed recording. Any outstanding
monies owed by the seller will be paid from his/her proceeds.

Closing is to be done by a professional (Florida/SC) closing company
Approximate annual dues per point for 2009 at the following resorts are:
Animal Kingdom $4.86 (Hilton Head $5.36) All include real estate taxes.
Disney Vacation Club has first right of refusal on all contracts. (ROFR)
