These spacious 2 bedroom lock-off units can sleep up to ten people or you can lock-off and reserve the units for seperate weeks or use one and deposit or rent the other. Sedona Springs trades as a Premium resort with all exchange companies and often qualifies for Accomodation Certificates or bonus weeks. Managed by VRI, the resort has undergone recent complete interior refurbishment and features jetted tub, walk-in 2 person shower, and completely equiped kitchens. Your use would begin with the 2010 week, which can be reserved up to 24 months in advance with payment of maintenence fees. Fees are billed 1/2 each year in November. Buyer to pay any escrow and resort transfer fees. I have 2 of these floating weeks for sale.

Sedona Springs will be part of the new internal exchange system at VRI*ety. It is also a qualifying resort for The Club with DRI. Owners retain the deed and can choose to assign to DRI each time they make a reservation. Biennial units are assigned 1/2 points value every year that assignment is made.
