Liquidation Sale for Bluegreen Vacation Club biannual point packages.
I have acquired these packages at a deep discount and can offer them to you for only $.10 per biannual point. I am the owner-agent of these packages. The total cost of purchasing these points are purchase price plus $520 closing costs. Buyer is responsible for 2009 maintenance fees. The last column reflects total out of pocket cost.

If you own one or more combinable packages today, then your annual maintenance based on 2008 rates for your combined package will not require the $290 base fee for packages listed with that fee. Accounts will not be combined in time for the 2009 billing cycle.
