The resort is beach front and the poolside townhouses are 35 to 100 yards from the beach. Many amenities and activities are available at low or no cost, including half day kid's club. There are 3 restaurants on-site and a grocery store directly across the street for your added convenience.

We love it in Grand Cayman. Very clean, gorgeous, no unemployment, no one selling stuff to you on the beaches. Lots to do, stingray city, duty free shopping, snorkeling right off the beach and of course world class scuba.
Asking $1550 for the entire week. There is a Cayman tax of $10/day and electric runs around $90/week depending on how much you use. In addition to the rental.
You do NOT have to attend a timeshare presentation. You are renting from me as an owner.
