What Bluegreen Resorts Are You Going To This Summer?

Not technically summer (we're not much for summer vacations), but we're going to finish out our Sampler at Harbour Lights in Myrtle Beach. We're in the process of purchasing resold points, and I'm biting my nails hoping that it'll clear early enough we can get a place for my parents out there at the same time (I have no idea how likely that is).

And there are unused 2008 points with it that'll expire the end of this year that no one we've offered them to wanted (apparently family and friends share my habit of planning ahead ), so we thought we might try to blow those on a room at Carolina Grand and/or Shore Crest, or maybe even Sea Glass, so we could have a place right off the beach to shower and what not, and maybe eldest son and I (the early risers of the family) would stay a night and get up early to see the sun rise over the ocean and check out early morning beachiness.

Hey, It is Sister Syl. I haven't posted in a long time because of having trouble getting into the site. I can do the yahoo group but not this one. But, here I made it.

So glad you asked the question. I love to hear where people are going with Bluegreen.
We will be at Shenendoah July 12th-17th. We are doing a new thing there. Last August we stayed in a yurt and this year we are staying in a RV that they have there and they are setting it up on a site there for us. We use to do the camping thing in our younger years but don't want to pull a RV so this is great for us. I will let you know how that goes.
We will be at the Fountains in Aug.-Sept and then to Wyndham Ocean Ridge II on Edisto Island (an RCI exchange) in October.
We have had a great year traveling with Bluegreen...............CAN'T BEAT IT !

My wife and I will be checking in to the Fountains on Sun 7/12 and not checking out until Thurs 7/24. I can't wait to get away. This may be the longest single vacation I've been on since I graduated from college.

DW, 2 kids, and I are headed for Christmas Mountain Village this Saturday. We were there 7 years ago, when we were expecting our oldest daughter. At the time, we said we thought our kids would like it, so we're going to give it a try.

We are heading to Big Cedar for our first time August 10-16!! We are very excited.

Then:

August 24-27th will be at Mountain Run in Boyne
Nov. 6-10th at the Fountains
Dec. 26-31 Mountain Run
April 9-14 Mountain Loft

We absolutely love our Bluegreen!!

We just got back from a two-night stay 4th of July weekend at the Fountains and stayed in a Presidential suite - it was awesome!

Going to Big Cedar for a week in August and we can't wait! Have been planning this trip for about 2 years!

We also have Christmas week booked at Mountain Loft in TN and are excited about that, although we don't know if we will be able to keep the reservation. I truly hope we don't have to cancel, as my step-sons have never seen snow, and this might be their first opportunity!

We LOVE Bluegreen and are looking forward to going to Myrtle Beach next summer.
