Yesterday close was 10.81. That means about 40% profit if deal go through in 6 month.

If you do a google search on Stephen Cloobeck I think you'll be able to find some information on him. He has been a relatively major player in the Las Vegas market for well over a decade and his father for even longer than that. His connections run very deep from what I can tell and his track record has been relatively impressive. I do not doubt for a minute that he already has the pieces in place to pull this off.
