Brutal day today. Lots of rising flag formations broken to the downside. Time to go long some more of the Ultra Short ETF's.

Getting a little braver now, I am doing a couple covered calls. Looking as possibly selling puts on a couple good stocks that I may want, but at a cheaper price. I'll collect the premium and make some money doing that.

GE is getting hammered today might be a good time to buy more. F is moving up as are my Reits.

Yeah, I'm having a great day today even though the market's not doing anything extraordinary. I'm not ready to jump in with both feet -- still waiting for some technical indicators to turn -- but it does appear as though we may be putting in a bottom of some form. Selling puts is probably a reasonable idea here.

Don't look but the market is down 6.5% and some of my recent purchases are down by 20%
