Wll I came close to buying it back the same day but came short of my buy price. GM popped again today up almost another $1.

What is your criteria for stocks?
It looks as you stay low priced, guessing under $10. Anything else that you look for in a stock?
I wanted to modify one of my searches to see if I can find some better stocks that you can get a little better gains with a little less pains.

I try to buy good companys that have been beaten up. I look to get a 30% return fast and get out.
I also buy stocks for the long term that pay good Div.

Not a buy recommendation, but a stock to look at the chart (I use 6 month) is corning glass, GLW.
It has had a 52 week high of 28, and a low around 19 and had been trading sideways near the low for the last three weeks. It is now starting to pull up with the MACD and stochastic both showing improvement. It is under $22, so not overpriced at all.
Just a suggestion at something to review.

I owned Corning years ago and have been looking at it recently. If you like stocks that you can trade daily that are very volatile look at JNPR,

I am more of a position trader, hold for a week to maybe couple months kind of trader.
As I learn more about options, and put them to use, I will probably own less long term stocks.
