Premier Access Plus

We went to a presentation at Playa del Sol in Puerto Vallarta today. Premier Access Plus http://www.tradingplaces.com/pa/terms.asp was part of their first day incentives. I asked the TS rep if he would log into Please Log in and show me the site navigation, cruise booking information etc. We went to a computer upstairs but he said he couldn't access it without a member login. Since the TS Rep said he owned at the property and I believe was a member of PAP I decided not to buy since I was not comfortable with knowing what I'd get.

Perhaps PAP members here can provide feedback?

I am also very interested to know about the PAP TPI cruise program. If the points can be used for gratuities, fuel surcharges, goverment fees etc.
