Thumbs down New Satellite Offices

I read with interest in a new flier that arrived today, it said: Satellite offices are designed to offer personalized customer service for reservations, exchange, rental, and travel services all onsite and in person..... if you are staying at any of the above resorts or are in the area, stop by and say Hi. We can help you with all of your vacation needs.

I recently stayed for a week at Royal Resort in Las Vegas, one of the satellites on your list. I stopped by and said Hi and asked for some help saying I was a Trading Places member and Vacation Exchange Club member.... they said they couldn't help me as I was not a Royal Resort owner.

What gives???

I was more than happy with the service and welcome I received at their new satellite office at the Kahana Falls in Maui. They bent over backwards to help me.....even by phone after the offices had closed on the mainland.

Not sure what is up at this location.

Hello...I am sorry you didn't recieve any help while visiting the resort, we are addressing this issue with that onsite agent. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

As an FYI, any of our onsite agents can help you, so please if you are visiting a resort where we have an onsite desk, please stop by and say hello and let us know how we can help you!

Thank you for your attention, she was adamant that she could NOT help me.
