We experienced the same thing on the same day-I was called with a match for my request and I accepted it by phone.
However, in the past, even if I received a telephone call, I could log on to my account and see my match and confirm it that way.

Has that option been removed? This particular agent told me he calls first. In the past-I have always received an email and then I log in to my account and can see the match.
My previous question/concern was that I had requested several dates and places , and I had received an email on a match for one of the selections. I did NOT respond to that email (My son had just been in a car accident and a vacation was the last thing on my mind) It said it was placed on a 24 hour hold..I didn't respond...so I figured it gets released goes to the next person and everyone is happy.
A few weeks later I log in to my account and my request is still active BUT the week I matched and subsequently released/did not respond to was no longer a part of my active request. In other words, My request included March, July, Aug. The March portion was no longer listed. I was not notified that part of my request was now cancelled.
I can PM you my account number so you can check on my personal experience-but generically, is this standard for SFX?
