Replacement for Donita

Hi all, Just wondering if members could tell me if they have used anyone at DAE since Donita left that they have had a good experience with (she was great!). I am looking at inquiring about an international reservation (Europe).. I used another person for a different inquiry and he was not my favorite

So, I thought I would see if you all had any suggestions of whom to speak with.. Thanks!

I can chime in if you'd like? But it sounds like you might be looking for a much more objective opinion. I am of course a bit biased.

We have Melissa here who is very good and works with me on online inquiries all the time.

I can have her call you. Or you can call into our 800# and ask for Melissa.
