wild mushroom bisque

waldorf salad with green apple,
walnuts, cranberries and maytag blue cheese
dessert wind bare naked chardonnay, columbia valley, washington

saffron sea scallops
with red wine reduction
sokol blosser meditrina, dundee hills, oregon

course four
plank grilled king salmon
pine ridge forefront pinot noir, willamette valley, oregon

strawberry tall cake with almond whip cream

This is the seafood dinner. They had halibut cheeks on an earlier version of the menu, but must not be able to get them.

They do dinners a couple times a month. Next one coming up that is interesting to me is
