Monetary Value of one Point?

Silly question, I know, but is there a simple answer?

Trying to figure out if a hotel room is 35,962 pts per night, through Plus Partners, what the dollar equivalent might be.

PS - Please do not send unsolicated emails trying to sell/rent points. Thank you.

It would all depend on what your m/f was for those points. I have points that cost 1.5 cents per point. In my case the room cost $539.43 per night. Unless I'm at the Four Seasons ain't no way. I can stay at an excellent Marriott for much less than that.

Back in the day, when RCI converted weeks to points for free and my m/f were much lower my point cost was less than a penny a point...still at a penny a point you are looking at $359.62 per night.

Well, I wouldn't swear to it, but I'll have to check. I'm now at home and the info is at work.

OP is talking about FF FSP PP program point cost. I think you are think as RCI point. In that case, these are two different system and may not have any relation. However, It usually fall within a factor from 2 to 3. So if he using RCI point, it probably will cost like 17k to 12k RCI point depends on what level of hotel you are talking about.
