We recently visited there to see what type of property we bought. No Marriott but a decent buy for the price. I liked the front porches - good for sitting in the evening or for parking the bikes. We also liked the roominess of the upper unit more than the hot-tub in the lower unit. The only gripe with our visit is that we were there when it was raining buckets / waves of rain and we went into the unit that was not refurbished but we thought it was the one to tour. I found out later that it was the one next door.
I guess you will be asking when ownership will be turned over so that will be helpful. Will send in our proxy...
