Are you a rep for the DRI's Daytona Property. If so, you should know why the should upgrade him. The upgrade should be because the rules and DRI state you are entitled to an upgrade. People who are in the elite classes of DRI are allowed upgrades. Platinum Elite members are to receive unlimited upgrades.
They can get better rates for all the rooms as opposed to an upgrade. Upgrades are to be given to the next level from what you reserved.
