All units are air-conditioned and feature a telephone, TV, kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave. Resort also has a bar/lounge area, valet parking, fitness center, and a concierge service. There are two types of units at the resort. STUDIO units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. This unit has no door separating the living and sleeping area. THIS UNIT IS BEST EQUIPPED FOR 1 ADULT COUPLE WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 CHILDREN. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1.7 baths, 1 king or queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. NO UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE. Resort will place guests into the unit type confirmed.PLEASE NOTE: RESORT CHARGES A MANDATORY HOSPITALITY FEE OF US$15/NIGHT FOR STUDIO UNITS AND US$25/NIGHT FOR 1BR UNITS. THE FEE WILL BE COLLECTED BY CREDIT CARD AT CHECK-IN. Valet parking is available at the discounted rate of $28 per twenty-fourhour period.There are no in & out servicesor hourly increments.
