If you can see it on-line with your deposit, you can have it no matter how the size compares with your deposit. This is true at any time, even well before the 59 day mark.
Can you get a size up-grade with an on-going search? The fundamental answer is no. However, if you request a resort that only has 2 BR villas, you can end up with a size up-grade if the smaller unit has sufficient trading power.
If your other weeks aren't strong enough to pull a Marriott, you might see those weeks at the 59 day mark, if your deposited Marriott week has sufficient trading power itself. However, if you other trader is "strong" and the week in the II bank is outside the 24 day Marriott priority period, your trader is probably seeing all the Marriott's that are available.
