He moved us to a different place that was bigger than what we had and assured us that he had no idea of the shape of the room. We felt it was our job to let him know how his staff handled the situation and how unhappy we were with them. What we got was not what they sold us or anybody else and if treated that way again I will complain and complain loudly about it.
