Not without a price! I think this would be a great opportunity for DRI to “upgrade” us BG owners into THE Club by us purchasing some points and giving them a few thousand dollars.
I am a BG owner but also own a week at a sold out resort, which is now an RCI points resort. I will be there this Labor Day week and will probably do another update. I'm sure they will tell me again how worthless my week and/or mini club is and also why I should convert my week and my BG ownership to RCI points all for a mere +/-$3,000. The crazy thing is I might consider it this time.
The more people they convince to convert means less inventory is available within the mini club (amazing how they come up with this). This is why others and I have held out.
It seems that developers like to keep us over a barrel. I think this sales method is a way to get some $$ out of us resale purchasers as well.
Does it ever end?
