No developer conversion
Hi,
I'm paying $1250 for 5 years, but appox 1/2 of that is for the mgmt to maintain my unit for those 5 years for incomgin reservations. This is a new business model for RCI as we own our condos, they are not time share. I fully own it, just like you would own your own home. It's a 2nd home.
