You could also make the argument that DRI is indirectly protecting the interest of its owners; Whatever their plans may be, if they develop it for more units,then current Club members will no doubt have access to it. If its to sell it, then the monies may be used to purchase/develop other resorts of which members of the Club will also be a beneficiary of. Problem is, we only know one side of the story. Until I hear DRI's side, I'll reserve my opinion
