Those accomodation certs are a common premium, and tied up in such a way theat they will probably end up unused. I bet that the cruise is either hghly conditioned and with extra fees or will not be availible. The ''retail value'' on the watches is probably wildly exagerated. The gift cert is a little higher than most, but where can it be redeamed? That is the other question.
