JLB is right, some of the ski weeks in Vail and Breck originally sold for outrageous amounts of money. Of course, what goes up, must come down.
I have been reading Perry's posts on his new purchase at Planet Hollywood. I would bet he is right about the location and the value, because who is going to question Perry? He is as smart as they come. If his location changes to NV, we will all know the truth.
